You can go in any month of the year on a Rishikesh trip and visit all these places. Rishikesh also has a railway station, but Rishikesh railway station is very small, so you can take the train to Haridwar Railway Station, which is about 26 kilometers from Rishikesh. You will easily get the facility of both bus and taxi to reach Rishikesh from Haridwar.
