1. Green Tea

Originated in China, green tea is made from green tea leaves that are less oxidized as compared to black tea leaves. It gives a sweet-and-sour taste and is recommended to take it without sugar but if needed you may add honey to it. It helps increases fat burning, helps to prevent type 2diabetes, and reduces bad breath.

2. Chamomile Tea

Dried edible flowers of the Matricaria chamomilla plant are used to make this flavorful chamomile tea. It has mix taste of mild bitterness with a slightly floral and little sugariness. Made by boiling black tea leaves in milk and water with a mixture of aromatic herbs and spices like ginger, green cardamom, cinnamon, clove, and star anise can be consumed any time of the day. Some people add sugar or jaggery as per their taste. It acts as an immunity booster and improves digestion.
