1. ANGKOR WAT TEMPLE, CAMBODIA

Situated in northern Cambodia, Angkor Wat Temple is the most famous and largest Hindu temple in abroad. Built during the first half of the 12th century this temple was made on the orders of the then-emperor Suryavarman II. This attractive temple was originally a temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, which gradually changed from a Hindu place of worship to a Buddhist temple in the 14th century. This temple is very popular in Cambodia as well as all over the world where millions of devotees and tourists comes every year. Built out of sandstone, the image of this temple is also present on the national flag of the country.

2. PASHUPATINATH TEMPLE, NEPAL

Constructed by King Jayadeva in 753 AD Pashupatinath Temple is situated on the banks of the Bagmati River in the eastern part of the Kathmandu Valley, the capital of Nepal. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, Pashupatinath is one of Asia's four most important religious places and a famous Hindu temple outside India. There is a Shiva Lingam in the inner sanctum and outside it is the biggest idol of Nandi the bull, Shiva's vehicle. There are hundreds of Shiva Lingams within the complex that Hindu devotees can see on their visits to the temple. The big Maha Shivratri festival held in the spring is this temple's main attraction, attracting Hindu devotees from Nepal, India, and other countries.

3. TANAH LOT TEMPLE, INDONESIA

Bali is one of the holiest places in Indonesia. Every year lakhs of tourists come here to see this temple. This temple is the identity of Bali Indonesia. It is said about the history of the Tanah Lot temple that this temple was built by Nirath, a priest from East Java, Indonesia, in the sixteenth century. This temple is dedicated to Varuna, the god of the sea. It is said that the snakes living under the rock of this temple protect the temple area. It is said that the priest attained enlightenment at this holy place. Whenever you go to Bali Indonesia, you must visit this sacred temple.

4. RADHA MADHAV DHAM, USA

Radha Madhav Dham Temple is situated in the rolling hills southwest of Austin, this temple is spread over an area of ​​3300 square meters and was established by Swami Prakashananda in 1990. The height of the domes of this temple is about 90 feet which makes it unique and quite different and attractive from the Hindu temple located outside India. Radha Madhav Dham is an integral member of the local interfaith community, which together with other religion-based institutions provides charitable work and strengthens the common bonds between all religions.

5. SRI SUBRAMANYA SWAMY TEMPLE, MALAYSIA

Sri Subramanya Swamy Temple dedicated to Lord Murugan is situated near the Batu Caves which are also known as the 10th Caves or Hill for Lord Muruga. This famous temple is located at a distance of about 13 km to the north of Kuala Lumpur. In the year 1890, L Pillai installed the idol of Lord Murugan outside this cave, this idol of Lord Murugan is considered to be the tallest figure in the world and is visited by tourists and devotees from all over the world. Whenever you visit Malaysia, you must definitely visit Sri Subramanya Swamy Temple.

6. SHRI KALI TEMPLE, BURMA

Shri Kali Mandir is one of the famous Hindu temples located outside India which is dedicated to Adi Shakti Goddess Kali. Constructed in 1871 (when Burma was part of British India) by Tamil immigrants, this temple is located in Yangon which has a large Indian population and is also known as Little India. This famous Hindu temple is noted for its colorful architecture, especially its ceiling, which has stone carvings and images of several Hindu deities. The temple is taken care of by the Indian community living in Burma.
