For this, TasteAtlas has prepared data in which it researched the world's 100 best cities for local food through its database and pulled together restaurant ratings on Google to come up with a list. TasteAtlas combined the average ratings for the best local and regional cuisine served in a particular city, the average rating for national cuisine served in that city, and the average Google rating for the best traditional restaurants in that city. TasteAtlas is a website that features restaurants from around the world on its pages and tells everyone what kind of food you can get to eat at a place. This is a great place to learn about traditional food from around the world. 

Based on the current TasteAtlas data, local food in Italy Florence has been declared as the best city in the world to taste local food. TasteAtlas reported that Italian locals love their local food Bistecca Alla Fiorentina, Ribollita, Lampredotto and Tripa Alla Fiorentina, and Pappardelle Al Singhiale. But the main big news is that the two Indian cities namely Delhi and Mumbai have been chosen among the world’s best cities to try local food. Delhi is at 16th and Mumbai at 34th position respectively. Delhi's traditional food is characterized by its aromatic spices, rich flavors, and varied culinary influences, while Mumbai has mouth-watering street food and traditional Indian eateries. It states that some of the must-try local foods in Delhi include Chole Bhature, Butter Chicken, Aloo Tikki, Nihari, and Pakora. Whereas in Mumbai, Vada Pav, Pav Bhaji, Bhelpuri, Ragda Pattis, and Bombay Sandwich are the most delicious dishes.

The TasteAtlas list tells that Delhi and Mumbai are two major metro cities and lively cities of India, which are very well-known for their assorted and delightful local food. Delhi City is divided into different areas like Chandni Chowk, Karol Bagh, Lajpat Nagar, etc. You will find street food stalls and reputed restaurants that serve some of the best cuisines. Dahi Bhalla, Momos, Chole Bhature, Paratha, Golgappa, Kebab, Aloo Tikki, Kathi Roll and Ram Laddu. On the other hand, Mumbai is a great place to visit as well as famous for its scrumptious food. Mumbai is famous for its beaches and the delicious pav bhaji served there! The city never sleeps, so you might be served kebabs at Bademia in South Bombay. Or you can enjoy the famous Vada Pav, Misal, Pav Bhaji, and Bhelpuri served at various stalls. And let's not forget the authentic Maharashtrian food served at heritage restaurants in the city!
