Vitamins, minerals, and many types of nutrients are found in dry fruits, which help in keeping the body healthy. But do you know at what time eating dry fruits is more beneficial? BENEFITS OF ALMONDS

Almonds contain protein, vitamins E, and D, riboflavin, fiber, calcium, and omega-three nutrients. Consuming almonds is very beneficial in preventing problems like heart, blood pressure, and blockage in the arteries. The omega-three found in it reduces the effect of age. Consuming 5 almonds for small children and 8 to 10 almonds for elders is beneficial. Vitamins are also abundant in the peel of almonds, so it is more beneficial to eat it along with the peel. 

BENEFITS OF WALNUT

Walnuts are rich in protein, magnesium, fiber, vitamins E, and B, iron, omega-three, melatonin, amino fatty acid, calcium, zinc, and anti-oxidants in walnut. Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) is found in walnuts. It is a type of omega-3 fatty acid. Eating walnuts keeps the heart and mind fit and healthy. Pistachios contain Vitamin C, E, B-6, Corotenes, Firosterol, and Carotenoids nutrients. Pistachios control insulin levels and blood circulation. Due to the abundance of selenium elements, its consumption is very beneficial for the skin. Vitamin C and E protect from the harmful rays of the sun. The carotene present in it protects the body from oxidant free radicals ie wrinkles. The element found in it controls the amount of cholesterol obtained from phytosterol food. Dates being potassium keeps the heart and nervous system healthy because it provides mental and physical strength. The effect of dates is warm, so three to four dates can be eaten in winter.
