Everyone eagerly waits for the festival of Navratri, this time Chaitra Navratri will start on March 22, 2023. During these nine days of Navratri, you can prepare and eat different dishes while fasting. Along with fasting, it is also necessary that you eat healthy food for nine days which is full of nutrients. So, we have brought a special Navratri Thali for you which is tasty and also healthy, check out its recipe below:

PANEER SABZI

INGREDIENTS

Paneer - 200 grams of

Ghee - 1 tbsp

Ginger Paste - 2 to 3 tsp

Cashew Paste - 50 grams

Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp

A Small Bowl of Whipped Curd

Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp

Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp

Rock salt as per taste

Roasted Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp

METHOD

1. To make Navratri Vrat Special Shahi Paneer Recipe, first cut two hundred grams of paneer into small pieces and fry them in ghee till they turn light brown.

2. After frying the paneer, put some water in the bowl and leave it to soften for some time.

3. Now put a separate pan on the gas and put one spoon of ghee in it.

4. When the ghee becomes hot, add two spoons of ginger paste to it and stir well by adding some water.

5. After five minutes add cashew paste and let both the mixture cook well for some more time.

6. After two to three minutes, add whipped curd to the pan, add some water as per requirement, and stir well.

7. After five minutes, take out the paneer pieces from the water and put them in the pan, and mix well with the gravy.

8. After mixing the paneer with gravy for two minutes, add fresh cream and sprinkle garam masala.

9. Finally, sprinkle roasted kasoori methi as well, this will add to the taste.

SAMA RICE PULAO

INGREDIENTS

Sama rice - ½ cup

Potato - 1

Oil - 2 tbsp

Green coriander - 1-2 tbsp

Green chili - 2

Cumin - 1 tsp

Black pepper - ¼ tsp

Rock salt - 1 tsp

METHOD

1. To make sama rice, heat the oil in a pan.

2. Now put cumin seeds, and potato in the hot oil and fry it on medium flame. When the potatoes are cooked, add green chilies and a cup of washed sama rice to it and fry it lightly while mixing.

3. After stirring and roasting the sama rice for 1 minute, add 1.25 cup water, rock salt, black pepper mix and cover and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

4. After 4 minutes, mix the sama rice and cover it on low flame and let it cook for some more time. After 5 minutes, mix the sama rice once more and turn off the flame and keep it covered for another 5 minutes.

5. After 5 minutes add some green coriander to the rice and mix it and take it out in a vessel. Sama rice is ready to serve.

BUCKWHEAT FLOUR PURI

INGREDIENTS

Buckwheat Flour - 1 cup

Potato - 2

Cumin - ½ tsp

Rock salt - ¾ tsp

oil for frying

METHOD

1. To make buckwheat flour poori, take buckwheat flour in a vessel. Now grate boiled potatoes and put them in the buckwheat flour. Now add rock salt, and cumin to it and mix well. After kneading the dough, cover it and keep it for 15-20 minutes.

2. After 20 minutes knead the dough with little oil on your hands. When the oil becomes hot, put a little dough in it and check the temperature of the oil.

3. Now, grease your hand with some oil and take a little dough. Flatten the dough by rounding it slightly with your hands. Now apply a little oil on the round ball, place it on a rolling board, and roll it with a light hand. Roll out the puri thickly with a rolling pin and make it thin with the help of your hands.

4. After taking a thin roll of poori, put it in the pan and roast it by pressing it with a ladle. When both sides of the poori are roasted well, take them out and keep them on a plate. In the same way, roll all the puris and fry them. Buckwheat flour puri is ready to be served.

MIX FRUIT RAITA

INGREDIENTS

Curd - 3 big bowl

Chopped Mango - 1 bowl

Chopped Grapes - 1 bowl

Chopped Pine apple - 1 bowl

Chopped Banana - 1

Chopped Apple - 2

Pomegranate - 1 bowl

Sugar - 1 tsp

Black pepper - 1/5 tsp

Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

Cashew - 10 grams

Raisins - 10 grams

Almonds - 10 grams

Pistachios - 10 grams

Rock salt - as per taste

METHOD

1. Take curd in a big bowl and whisk it well. Then add black pepper powder and sugar to it and mix well. When it mixes well, add chopped fruits to it.

2. Cut the mango into small pieces in advance, cut the grapes, and finely chop the pineapple. Similarly cut all the fruits and keep them ready.

3. Make black pepper powder, cut cashews, raisins, almonds, and pistachios into small pieces.

4. Now add all the chopped fruits and rock salt except pomegranate to the beaten curd mixture and mix well. When they mix well, keep them in the fridge for some time to cool down.

5. Take out this mixture from the fridge and put chopped almonds, chopped cashews, chopped raisins, and chopped pistachios in it.

6. Garnish the fruit raita with pomegranate seeds and serve chilled.
