The WHO statement further said, 'This recommendation does not apply to personal care and hygiene products containing NSS, such as toothpaste, skin creams, and medicines, or to low-calorie sugar and sugar alcohols (polyols) that contain sugar or sugar. 3. MAPLE SYRUP

You may have often used maple syrup to make pancakes, but maple syrup is a great replacement for sugar in shakes, smoothies, milk, and desserts. According to a study by the National Institutes of Health, maple syrup is rich in calcium, potassium, iron, and zinc, so maple syrup is a healthy option.

4. JAGGERY
