1. EGGS

4. GREEK YOGURT

What remains after letting the excess whey present in the curd be removed is called Greek yogurt. Whey is the white liquid that comes out after curdling or curdling milk. It is thicker, creamier, and mildly sour than regular curd. This Greek yogurt is also included in protein-rich foods, so it can be included in your diet for a protein-rich meal. It contains more protein than milk and normal curd. It also promotes strength, muscle development, and fat-free mass, in addition to fat, bone, water, and connective tissue.

5. WALNUTS

Walnuts are considered brain food. It is rich in protein as well as omega-3 fatty acids. It is very beneficial for brain health. Research has found that this fatty acid present in walnuts can be beneficial in improving memory as well as improving the ability to learn something new. The polyphenolic compounds found in walnuts not only reduce oxidant and inflammation effects on brain cells but also improve inter-neuronal signaling (the mechanism through which cells respond).

6. CHIA SEEDS

Chia seeds are a good source of protein as well as soluble dietary fiber like polyunsaturated fatty acids, omega-3, and omega-6. Chia is rich in proteins, antioxidants, and phytochemicals. For this reason, its use is considered beneficial in preventing and preventing diseases and problems like obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, cancer, and diabetes.
