CHEESE CHILLI TOAST

Ingredients

2-3 tbsp Butter

1 chopped Green Chilli

1 chopped Green Capsicum

1 chopped Red Capsicum

1 tsp Green Coriander Leaves

4 Bread Slice

1 cup (grated) Mozzarella Cheese

1 tsp Chilli Flakes

Method

1. In a small bowl, add 2-3 spoons of butter, 1 finely chopped green chilli, 1 spoon of finely chopped capsicum, 1 spoon of finely chopped red capsicum (if there is no red capsicum, you can skip it) and 1 tsp Add green coriander and mix the mixture. If you are taking unsalted butter then add salt as per taste.

2. Now lightly fry 4 bread slices on one side in the pan. Remember, do not overcook the bread and cook it only from one side. If the bread is roasted from one side then the cheese chilli toast becomes crispy.

3. Now place the slices on a plate and apply the prepared butter mixture on the baked side. After applying the mixture, add mozzarella cheese and spread it. Remember, do not fill too much cheese on the edges of the bread because the cheese melts and spreads.

4. After this add some chilli flakes, you can add more or less as per your choice.

5. Now add 1 spoon of butter to the pan, place the bread cover it, and cook. After cooking on low flame for 5 minutes, when the cheese melts well, take it out.

6. Cheese chilli toast will be ready, roast the remaining bread slices in the same way.
