Indigo airlines may also start the services in air corridors that are critical to the country after the second lockdown is lifted. Till now the dates are same as of Vistara i.e May 4, 2020. While this operation is for small scale they have planned to increase the capacity for next few months. Indigo could also start some of their selected international flights.
The IndiGo has also announced special restrictions on services for the safety of passengers and cut the cost as well - like bring down the capacity of the flights and discontinue the meals on board.
Announcement made by Vistara

Airlines of India have requested passengers not to ask for refunds, they can reschedule their flights instead. The same was mentioned when our country was shutdown for the first time.
