Quarantine rules for interstate passengers in Delhi and Chhattisgarh

Here are the set of rules you should know if you are going to Delhi or Chhattisgarh from any other state.

Chhattisgarh

The state has reported 1,781 cases out of which 1,036 have recovered while 9 succumbed to the COVID-19 pandemic. The State Government of Chhattisgarh has made 14 days home quarantine mandatory for travellers coming to the state.

All passengers must have an e-pass that they can obtain after registering on the http://epass.cgcovid19.in, a website introduced by the state government. The forms filled by the passengers on the website will be submitted upon arrival and they will be allowed to enter the state on the basis of the information provided in the form.

Delhi

Delhi is among the worst hit states in the country with 44,688 positive cases reported till date. 16,500 people have recovered and 1,837 is the number of deaths in the state. Keeping this in mind, both the State Government and Central Government are taking strict action to contain the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Government has made 7 days institutional quarantine mandatory for all international passengers. Any symptomatic passenger coming from any state will have to stay in 14 days home quarantine, while asymptomatic passengers will be allowed to move around but with caution and self monitoring. Every passenger coming to the state must have Aarogya Setu app in their phones.
