Interstate travel guidelines issued by Haryana and Himachal Pradesh
The Health department of every state has issued a different advisory in relation to travel and passengers travelling from one state to the other. Here are the travel guidelines you need to know if you are going to visit Haryana or Himachal Pradesh.
Haryana
The state has reported 8,832 confirmed cases of the COVID-19, with recovery of 3,952 and 130 deaths. All asymptomatic passengers will be allowed to leave the airport but must follow 14 days home quarantine. All passengers must have the Aarogya Setu app downloaded in your phones. Passengers flying Haryana must fill a self-declaration form.
Himachal Pradesh
Himachal Pradesh has reported 569 cases of the COVID-19, with 8 deaths and 372 recoveries. If the passengers to the state are coming from red zone, they must follow 14 days of institutional quarantine. If the passenger has a negative COVID-19 test report from an ICMR approved lab. All passengers coming to the state must have Aarogya Setu app downloaded in their phones.

Unlock 2: The states that allow interstate travel without e-pass
Lockdown 6 - Unlock 2 has been enforced from July 1, 2020. According to the guidelines enforced by the Home Ministry, interstate travel will not require an e-pass or separate permit.
