Travel related rules you need to know when visiting Goa or Gujarat
As interstate travel resumes, every state in India has introduced its own travel regulations based on how the state was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Here are the travel related rules you need to know if you are planning to visit Goa or Gujarat.
Goa
Goa has reported 629 cases till date with 0 deaths. The State Government is taking all measures to keep the numbers low. All passengers coming to Goa must follow 14 days of home quarantine.
They must have a COVID-19 negative certificate issued within 48 hours before their time of arrival. If they do not have a test report then they will have to get a test done upon arrival and stay in isolation till the results arrive. The traveller must also fill a declaration form before and on arrival to the state.
Gujarat
Gujarat has reported 24,577 cases till now, 17,082 have recovered from the disease while 1,533 lost their lives. Passengers arriving to Gujarat must follow 14 days home quarantine. All passengers must be registered on the Aarogya Setu app.
